Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt
1 package cream cheese
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
1 pound shrimp
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or 1 teaspoon dried.
1 tub fresh mushrooms, sliced.
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel.
Preparation
Cook pasta as directed but add juice of one lemon to water.
- Mix yogurt, cream cheese, lemon zest, salt, mushrooms, shrimp, artichoke hearts and chives in large saucepan.
- Cook over low heat until cream cheese has melted and mixture is hot.
- Toss with pasta and sprinkle more chives on top.
- Serve immediately.
