Ingredients
3 limes
1 c chopped tomato
1 c peeled avocado (about 1 avocado)
1/2 c chopped fresh cilantro
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb cooked, peeled, deveined shrimp
12 6" corn or flour tortillas
Preparation
Use glass or ceramic mixing bowl and add:
Finely grate rind from limes to measure 1 tablespoon; juice limes to measure 1/4 cup. Add tomato and remaining ingredients, except tortillas; toss well. Cover and chill for 15 minutes.
Heat tortillas, spoon in 1/2 cup of mixture and serve.
