Ingredients
1 cup sushi rice
1 cup water
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 lb cooked shrimp (straight)
cucumber julliene
Preparation
Rinse rice. Cook . Add vinegar sugar and salt. Toss the rice. Press out a thin layer of rice on plastic wrap on suishi roller.Put shrimp and cucumber. Roll. Cut and serve on a pool of coctail sauce.
