Ingredients

1 lb shrimp cleaned and devained

1 green bell pepper chopped

1 medium onion chopped

1 celery stalk chopped

1 clove garlic crushed

3 tbs vegtable oil

1 6ox can tomato paste

3/4 cup white wine

1/2 cup water

1 tsp salt

1 tbs dill weed

1 bay leaf

dash tabasco sauce

4 cups cooked rice

fresh parsley

Preparation

saute vegtables and garlic 3 to 5 mins add tomato paste, wine, water and seasonings. simmer 30 mins stirring occasionally. stir in shrimp cook 5 more minutes until shrimp are cooked through. add parsley and serve over hor cooked rice
