Ingredients
1/2 cup onion, chopped (1 medium)
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup celery
1/2 cup green pepper
1 teaspoon parsley
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 - 6 1/4 oz can tomato paste
3 cups water
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 cups cooked shrimp
1 piece garlic
Rice
Preparation
-Brown onion in butter. Add flour to make roux.
-Add additional ingredients.
-ok to use raw shrimp.
-Serve over rice.
