Ingredients

2 lbs. cooked, cleaned shrimp

4-5 cloves of crushed garlic

1 cup butter

1/4 tsp. tarragon, dry

1/4 tsp. minced parsley, dry

1/4 teaspon shallot, minced

1/4 tsp.onion, minced

Dash EACH of nutmeg, mace, and thyme

1/4 tsp. ground white pepper

1/2 cup dry sherry wine

1 cup dry breadcrumbs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Butter a 10 x 7 baking dish Put cooked shrimp into baking dish OR divide into 8 buttered ramekins, and spread to cover the bottom. In a saute pan, cook the garlic in melted butter, being careful NOT to burn the garlic. Add herbs, seasonings, and sherry wine to butter mixture. Remove 1/4 cup butter mixture and toss with the bread crumbs. Pour the remaining butter mixture over the shrimp evenly. Sprinkle the buttered breadcrumbs over the shrimp. Bake for 15 minutes.
