Ingredients
1/2 lb of Shrimp
1 12oz Cream Cheese
1 Zateran’s Liquid Crab Boil
2 tsp. Worcheshire Sauce
2 tbsp. Tobassco Sauce
1/4 cup of Green Onions
1 lemon (cut in 1/4 slices)
3 Cups of Water
Red Pepper
Tony’s Chacherie
Preparation
Bring water, crab/seafood Boil and lemons to a boil. Add shrimp. Let it boil for apporimately 15 to 20 minutes until cooked. Do not over cook. Peel the shrimp then cut into small pieces. Place cream cheese, worcheshire sauce, tobassco and chopped green onions into a mixing bowl. Mix well. Then fold the shrimp into the mix. Add red pepper and tony’s chacherie to taste.
Chill in the refirgerator until ready to serve. Goes well with wheat crackers or socialable crackers.
