Ingredients

3 T butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1/3 cup white wine

1 ib peeled, deveined shrimp

1 tomato diced

2 T chopped cilantro

3 oz feta cheese

Preparation

In large skillet melt butter with garlic and simmer over medium heat for a few minutes. Add the shrimp, tomato and cilantro and saute for about 3 minutes until the shrimp are done. Remove from heat and stir in feta. Serve over rice
