Ingredients

1 avocado, halved, seeded & sprinkled w/lemon juice & pepper

1/2 cup cooked small shrimp

1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts

2 green onions, minced

3 tbls mayonnaise

1 tsp curry powder

lettuce leaves to line plate

Preparation

Combine the ingredients except lettuce leaves & toss lightly. Mound into avocado halves. Set on lettuce-lined plate. Cover & chill until ready to serve. Serve with toasted sour dough bread.
