Ingredients

Turmeric

Salt

Oil

Shrimp or Fish

Green Chili

Lanka Powder

Preparation

Add turmeric, salt, and oil to shrimp or fish and 1/2 tsp of flour

Heat oil separately and add kalonji and green chili

Then add shrimp. Shrimp will then give out some water. Stir it from time to time to prevent burning.

Once most water has evaporated, mix water with turmeric and lanka powder and add to pan.

Then add boiled water for gravy.

Add cilantro at the end.
