Preparation

  • Heat pan with Olive oil; put shrimp, salt, and pepper flakes. Mix together removed from pan when shrimp turn pink
  • Add olive oil, put chopped onion into pan; add salt.
  • Once onion translucent, add tomato sauce, wine and oregano, bay leaves and garlic.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes then add parsley and basil.
