Preparation
- Heat pan with Olive oil; put shrimp, salt, and pepper flakes. Mix together removed from pan when shrimp turn pink
- Add olive oil, put chopped onion into pan; add salt.
- Once onion translucent, add tomato sauce, wine and oregano, bay leaves and garlic.
- Simmer for 10 minutes then add parsley and basil.
