Ingredients
2 Tbs. unrefined oil
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1 onion, minced
3 stalks celery and leaves, chopped
4 cups cooked quinoa
2 Tbs. shoyu (soy sauce)
1 cup green peas
1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
1 Tbs. sake or dry white wine (optional)
Preparation
Heat a wok or large, heavy skillet. Add oil and ginger. Over medium-high heat saute onion briefly, and add celery, sauteing until partially cooked. Add quinoa and shoyu, stir once, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add peas, shrimp and sake. Cook for 2 minutes, covered or just until the peas are tender
