Ingredients

1 pound peeled raw shrimp

3 medium or 4 small avocados

8 Oz heavy cream

4 Tbsp butter

4 Tbsp chopped shallot or onion

2 cloves garlic

1 tsp crushed red pepper

salt to taste

finely diced tomato (seeded and cored) for garnish

chopped cielentro for garnish

Preparation

saute shallot and garlic in butter till transparent. Add shrimp and cook till mostly pink. add crushed red pepper and the avocado (mashed well with fork)and cream. add salt and adjust pepper and salt to taste. Serve over rice garnished with tomato dice and cielentro or serve garnish on side
