Ingredients

2 scrambled eggs

1 pound angle hair pasta

1 pound jumbo shrimp

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/3 teaspoon oregano

1 clove chopped garlic

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon olive oil

Preparation

scramble eggs & set aside. boil water for pasta and cook ale dente. Saute garlic in butter & olive oil, add cleaned shrimp and cook just until pink. When pasta is done, drain add raw eggs, seasonings and mix well. Add cooked shrimp with garlic and toss. Serve and enjoy!
