Ingredients
2 T olive oil
1 lb. shrimp, large, peeled and deveined
2 t garlic, minced
3 T basil, fresh, chopped
3 T butter
1/2 lb. linguine, cooked
Grated asiago cheese
Preparation
Heat the oil in a skillet
Add the shrimp and cook until just pink.
Add the garlic and basil.
Add the butter.
Toss in the cooked pasta.
Garnish with the cheese.
