Ingredients

1 lb cooked cleaned medium shrimp

1 cup marsala wine

1 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 large Vidalia onions,sliced thin

1 lb portobello mushrooms,sliced

1 lb cooked linguini or whole wheat alternative

Preparation

saute shrimp in a quarter cup olive oil add onions and mushrooms and cook until tender Add rest of olive oil and marsala and heat for 2 minutes Mix with linquini and serve with fresh ground pepper
