Ingredients

1 T cocoa powder

2 T chile powder

1/4 cup peanut butter

16 oz tomato sauce

1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped

salt and pepper

2 1/2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined

crushed peanuts for garnish

cooked rice, for serving

Preparation

in a bowl, combine cocoa and chilie powders. Stir in enough water to form a paste. Stir in the peanut butter and tomato sauce. Add the chopped bell pepper and season with salt and pepper

In a pot over med heat, bring the mixture to a simmer. continue simmering for 20 min. stir in the shrimp and cook 5 min. Garnish with peanuts and serve over rice
