Ingredients

4 T butter

1 lb jumbo shrimp, pealed and deveined

1 medium onion diced

4 cloves garlic

1 t annatto

1 t coriander

1 oregano

1 can beer

6 T Crystal hot sauce

Preparation

Steam shrimp for 2 min in white vinegar, water and paprika Melt 2 T butter in pan. Cook onion and garlic. Add spices and cook for 1 min. Add beer then reduce by half. Add hot sauce and cook for 5 min. Add shrimp and cook for 1 min
