Ingredients

8 - 10 lg shrimp

milk

flour

1 C olive oil

1/2 C veg. oil

1 egg yolk

1 stick butter

1/2 tsp parsley

juice of 1/2 lemon

2 cloves garlic

1/2 tsp chives

Preparation

Soak shrimp in milk 10 min. Drain and dredge in flour. Saute in oils for 5 min. Place under preheated broiler 5 min. until crispy golden. Drain In saucepan mix egg and lemon juice. Add 1/2 stick butter and stir until thick. Add rest of butter a little at a time and garlic. Stir gently. Add chive and parsley and pour over shrimp
