Ingredients
1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup white wine (not cooking wine!)
2 cups Heavy Cream
8 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 TBS soy sauce
Dash of hot sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 TBS fresh Parsley, chopped
1 lb linguine, angel hair, penne, your choice
Preparation
Cook Pasta according to al-dente package directions, drain. Saute shrimp in small amount of olive oil until just pink, set aside. In large saucepan, add Olive Oil, White Wine, and garlic, simmer 2-3 minutes. Stir in cream, soy sauce, parsley, hot sauce, and simmer until thickened. Add shrimp and simmer for 2 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked. Toss sauce with pasta. Top with grated parmesan cheese, serve immediately.
