Ingredients
1/2 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined, fresh or thawed
1/3 pound linguini
1/2 t fresh rosemary chopped/crushed
1 garlic clove crushed
3T olive oil
1/2 c fresh grated paremesan cheese
1/4 t salt
1 meduim yellow squash sliced
Preparation
Cook pasta according to box directions. When done, toss with 1 T olive oil.
Set flame to medium. Heat large wok with 2T olive oil. Heat until oil glistens. Add shrimp, garlic, rosemary. Stir fry 1 minute. Increase heat to meduim high and add squash and salt. Stir fry until shrimp is opaque - another 5-6 minutes. Turn off flame. Add pasta to wok. Add parmesean to wok and fold in. Serve immediately.
