Shrimp
Proscuitto
Cherry tomatoes
Pearl onions
Red and green peppers
Lime juice
Preparation
Peel shrimp, leaving the tail on. Wrap proscuitto around each shrimp. Build kabobs by placing the cherry tomato, pearl onion, proscuitto shrimp, red pepper, green pepper in any order you desire. Place kabobs on sticks. then place on the grill, not more than two minutes on each side. When shrimp turns pink, they are ready. Take off grill, sprinkle scant amount of lime juice on kabob, and serve immediately
