Ingredients

2-4 lbs shrimp

1 stick butter

1lb thinly sliced white mushrooms

4 cloves garlic finely chopped

2 tbsp freshly chopped Italian flat leaf parsley

3 thinly sliced green onions

Preparation

Melt butter in a 3 quart sauteuse and add the mushrooms.saute the mushrooms in butter intil lightly browned. Add rest of ingredients and continue to saute together for 5 mins. serve immediately.
