Ingredients

3 c. cooked rice

45 to 50 medium cooked shrimp, no tails

2 cloves of minced garlic

2 tbls. of dried parsley

olive oil

Emeril’s Original Essence seasoning

pepper

Preparation

Saute’ garlic in a little bit of the olive oil in a deep skillet,add shrimp and heat through. Add rest of ingredients adding Emeril’s Essence and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
