Ingredients
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/4 cup tub style light cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup light mayo
1/4 cup plain fat free yogurt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 pound cooked peeled med shrimp, chopped
8 large bibb lettuce leaves
1 cup matchstick cucumber
1/2 cup matchstick cut radishes
Preparation
Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl, stir in shrimp.
Spoon about 1/3 cup shrimp mixture down center of ea. lettuce leaf. Top each wrap evenly with cucumber and radishes.
