Ingredients
2 lbs. boiled Medium Shrimp
2 - 14 oz cans of Artichoke Hearts (drained & quartered)
1 - 3 oz jar Capers (drained)
2 tablespoons dried Basil
1 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 cup shedded Parmesan Cheese
1 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
Preparation
Mix all ingredietns and refrigerate overnight.
