Ingredients
1 two lb pkg precooked
frzn shrimp
small to medium size
2 ripe avocados
1/2 c tequila
1 jar Pace lime
garlic salsa
1 ripe tomato
1 small white onion
chopped
2-3 cloves fresh-chopped garlic (or can use tsp from jar of fresh shoppped garlic)
green and black sliced olives
torilla chips
Preparation
marinate shrimp in tequila overnight. Drain. Mix all ingredints together except tortilla chips. Refrigerate for 1-2 ours to allow flavors to mix. Stir occasionally. Serve with chips on the side.
