Ingredients

1 Pound of Shirmp

6 Cloves of garlic (Chopped)

5 tbsp Olive Oil

1/2 of White Wine

Juice of half a lemon

2 pound of spinach

1 tbsp of parsley

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In one pan put in 1 tbsp of Olive Oil. set it to a medium heat. After the oil has heated up throw in the 3 chopped cloves of garlic. After the garlic starts to brown walk throw in the spinach.

In a second pan throw in the 4 tbsp of Olive Oil. After that set it to a medium high heat after heated drop in 3 Cloves of garlic. Then drop in the shrimp add a dash of salt and pepper. Then the white wine. Let it cook for about 2 minutes then throw in the red pepper flakes, and lemon juice.

Gently toss the shrimp mixture and the spinach for about 5 minutes then serve.
