Ingredients
12 Pre-Packaged Phyllo cups (shells) available at any supermarket
4 large raw shrimp (16/20 per pound)
4-6 cloves of roasted garlic
1 tablespoon of mayonaisse mixed with 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
shaved parmesan cheese
Preparation
slied each shrimp and each roasted garlic clove into 3 thick slices place 1/4 teaspoon of the mayonnaise mixture in the bottom of each of the 12 phyllo cups place a slice of shrimp and a slice of garlic on top of the mayonnaise mixture top each filled cup with a piece of shaved parmesan Bake at 350 degrees until the cheese is melted and the shrimp is cooked (5-7 minutes)
