Ingredients
garlic……..8 cloves chopped
shallots……6 chopped
butter……..1/3 cup
olive oil…..1/3 cup
lemon juice…1/3 cup
white wine….3/4 cup/choice
parsley…….chopped
basil………chopped
seafood seasoning…to taste
red pepper flakes…to taste
shrimp……..2 lbs
Preparation
melt oil and butter, add shallots and garlic, saute until onions are translucent then add shrimp, lemon, wine, and saute until shrimp are tender, add dry seasonings.
