Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, cooked, frozen and unthawed. Take off tails
1/4 c olive oil
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 c white wine or chicken stock
Copped parsley
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 onion chopped
Fresh ground pepper
Sea salt
Preparation
Heat oil and sauté onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes in large skillet. Pour wine or stock into pan and reduce for 5 minutes. Add shrimp and heat completely. Stir in butter and add parsley. Stir in butter and add parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over pasta or rice.
