Ingredients
(4) Asian Tiger Shrimp
1/2 c. White Cooking Wine
2 tbs. Butter
Salt & Pepper, to taste
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Parsely, chopped
1/2 oz. Olive Oil
Preparation
- Make sure your shrimp is peeled & deveined and season with salt & pepper
- Heat a sauce pan with around 1/2 oz of Olive Oil over medium heat until pan is hot.
- Sear the shrimp for about 20 seconds on each side to give color
- Remove the shrimp from the pan and discard the olive oil
- Add the garlic & butter over low heat Add wine and lemon juice and place shrimp back in pan
- Let simmer for 2 minutes, turning occasionally, until shrimp is fully cooked with a pink color
- Place the shrimp on a plate. Drizzle with butter & lemon sauce and garnish with chopped parsely.
