Ingredients
8 oz. linguine or angel hair pasta, cooked
1/3 c. white wine
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. capers
1 1/2# shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. olive oil
Preparation
After cooking pasta, drain and save 1/2 cup of liquid.
In a large saucepan or skillet, melt butter and add olive oil. Reduce heat to medium low and add garlic. Saute until tender. Add shrimp and cook for a few minutes until it turns pink. Stir in wine and allow to cook for a few more minutes. Add pasta water, capers and pasta. Mix well and cook for one more minute. Serve
