Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 lb shrimp, shelled, deveined
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 c heavy cream
3 tbs brandy
1 tbs lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Saute onion and garlic until tender. Boil shrimp until pink, about 3 minutes. Place shrimp, garlic, and onion in a blender or food processor with cream cheese, and slowly add the cream, brandy, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Blend thoroughly until creamy.
