Ingredients
12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
1 4-1/2 oz can small shrimp, drained
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup finely chopped green onion
1 Tbl minced fresh ginger
2 tsp dark sesame oil
Preparation
Set aside 12 shrimps to use as garnish. Cut eggs in half length-wise. Remove egg yolks and put in a food processor with shrimp, mayonnaise, chopped green onion, ginger and sesame oil. Process until smooth (a few chunks are okay). Spoon yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Garnish each half with a reserved shrimp.
