Ingredients
1 pound cooked,
peeled deveined
shrimp.
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 can mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil
6 scallions
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste.
1/4 c. parmesan or romano cheese
1 tsp Zatarain Creole Seasoning
1 tbsp flour
Preparation
Saute garlic and mushrooms in 1 tbsp of the olive oil with the salt, pepper and creole spice. After the garlic starts to brown a little, add the soy sauce and parmesan. Let simmer a few minutes. Meanwhile, mix the flour with a tablespoon or two of warm water. Add this to the mixture in the pan and stir ’til slightly thick. Add the sour cream last and immediately take off the heat.
