Ingredients
3 TBS. OLIVE OIL
3 CLOVES GARLIC
1 MEDIUM ONION DICED
1 GREEN PEPPER DICED
½ CUP WHITE WINE
1 CAN DICED TOMATOES
1 LB. SHRIMP
JUICE OF ONE LIME
Preparation
SAUTEE GARLIC, ONION AND GREEN PEPPER IN OLIVE OIL.
ADD WINE AND THEN DICED TOMATOES.
COOK FOR 5 MINUTES.
ADD SHRIMP AND COOK UNTIL DONE.
ADD JUICE OF LIME AND MIX IN.
SERVE OVER CRUSTY BREAD OR PASTA.
