Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil

4 cloves garlic

1/2 lbs peeled raw shrimp

salt

pepper

1 tsp ground cumin

1 1/2 tsp hot paprika

fresh parsley

Preparation

Warm olive oil over low heat. Add sliced garlic and cook until golden. Raise the heat and add shrimp. Season with salt and pepper, cumin, and paprika. Stir, turning once or twice, until pink, 5 to 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
