Ingredients

2 T olice oil

3 large tomoates, peeled and seeded

1 green bell pepper, choped

1 T chopped garlice

1 pound uncooked large shrimp

peeled and deveined

2 T chopped fresh oregano or 2 tsp dried

3 generous dashes of hot pepper sauce

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Heat olice oil in heavey large skillet over medium high heat. Add tomoatoes, bell pepper and garlic: saute until pepper is tender, about 4 minutes. Add shrimp, sute until cooked through-about 3 mintues. Stir in oregano and hot sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat, add cheese. Transfer to platter, sprinkle with parsley.
