Ingredients
12 large (16-20 count) shrimp, deviened but tail left on
1 package boursin cheese, at room temperature
4 strips proscuitto
Preparation
slice each strip of proscuitto into 3 sections. carefully slice shrimp along back, careful not to breach through the shrimp. press approximately 1/8 tsp of cheese along the slit. wrap shrimp with proscuitto slice. grill for approximately 1 minute per side, or until shrip is pink. Can also use a grill pan. Serve immediately
