Ingredients

1/2 lb of Shrimp

1 lb of bowtie pasta

1 1/2 cup of sliced zucchini

1 cup of cherry tomatoes

3 tbsp(or to taste) choped fresh basil

2 tbsp(or to taste) dried oregano

1 cup olive oil plus more for (shrimp and cooking)

1/2 (or more) parmesan cheese

salt

pepper

Preparation

Cook pasta until al dente. In the meantime, peel shrimp and toss in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil and a few pinches of rosemary. heat a skillet and saute the shrimp until pink and cooked. Set aside in a bowl. In a large pan, saute the zucchini in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Turn off heat add all other ingredients and mix. Taste and season it to your liking.
