Ingredients

1 lb fresh feta cheese

1 lb risotto, rinsed & cooked (follow pkg. directions)

1 bnch. broccolini-blanched

1/4 c fresh grated parmsesan

1/2 stick unsalted, irish butter

1 lb large, cleaned, sauteed, shrimp

severl grates fresh Tellicherry pepper

1 sml chopped onion

5 cloves garlic

15 oil cured, black olives

Preparation

combine cheeses, set aside. saute onion, garlic until soft. Add olives. Add broccolini. Add shrimp. Mix well. Add cheeses. Bake @ 350 until hot.
