Ingredients

6 large hard-boiled eggs

1 1/2 tsp lime juice

1 tsp honey

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 jalapeno, seeded & chopped

1 Tbs fresh cilantro, minced

1 Tbs butter, softened

1/4 cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Cut shelled eggs in half and put yolks in a small bowl, reserving whites. Add all other ingredients, except mayo, and mash well with a fork. Stir in mayo until completely mixed. Pipe or spoon mixture into whites and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
