Ingredients

3/4 LB ground beef

3/4 LB ground pork

3/4 cup breadcrumbs

2 eggs

1/4 cup Romano cheese grated

1/2 tsp thyme

1 small onion minced

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 cup tomato sauce

1 tbsp parsley

1 slice prosciutto chopped

2 cups ricotta cheese

6 plum tomatoes chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Spray pan. Mix ingredients through parsley and pack in pan. Build trench in top. Bake for 1 hour.

Mix ricotta and prosciutto. Fill trench with mixture. Put chopped tomatoes on top. Bake 20 minutes more.
