Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs of mixed meat (pork/veal/beef/Italian sausage meat
1/2 lb diced mozzarela cheese
1 egg
3 slices white bread diced
1/2 cup milk
1 tbs chopped Italian parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
break up meat into small pieces and saute in butter or olive oil. Cool meat and mix with remaining ingredients. Stuff shells/place a scant tablespoon on crepe and fold into a retangler bundle. (do not overfill)
