Ingredients

4-6 swordfish steaks

8 oz of your favorite italian dressing

juice of 2 limes

1 bunch of scallions, 1/4" chop

3 cloves crushed garlic

1 shallot finely chopped

1/2 cup olive oil

Preparation

put all ingredients into a gallon sice ziplock bag. add fish and marinate for 1-2 hrs. place fish on a hot grill. put marinade in a measuring cup, occais. pouring it on the fish as it grills. grill about 5 min. each side
