4 Rib Veal Chops

parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, fresh pepper.

Olive Oil

Preparation

chop fresh herbs (grind pepper) and mix with olive oil Rub on chops to cover all the meat. Let sit for at least 20 minutes. Grill on hardwood charcol (add hickory chips for extra flavor)until pink inside - time will depend on thickness of chop.
