Ingredients

5 lb. bag potatoes

1 stick margarine

1 pint whole milk (2 cups)

S+P

Preparation

Peel and cube potatoes. Steam until tender. Heat milk and margarine in microwave in large bowl to melt together a bit.

Squeeze potatoes through ricer, small amounts at a time. Squeeze directly into the bowl with the milk/margarine. When done, whip together with a fork. Add S+P to taste.
