Ingredients
2 - 14 oz cans artichocke hearts
2 cups Hellman’s Mayonnaise
2 cups Parmesean Cheese
Garlic powder to taste
Juice of a 1/2 lemon
Dash of paprika
Preparation
Mix together and place in a shallow buttered baking dish the 4 ingredients listed. (Make sure the artichokes are drained thoroughly). Sprinkle the juice of 1/2 lemon and a dash of paprika over the mixture. Bake at 350’ for 20 minute or until set
