Ingredients

1 (6-oz) package arugula, torn into bite-sized pieces (8 cups)

4 radishes, thinly sliced

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1 tbsp red wine vinegar

salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Toss together arugula, radishes, oil, and vinegar in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve
